Refund Policy

1. Except for the Infinity Learn Pro+ Package, Infinity Learn shall provide refunds in the manner set forth in this refund policy, only for products and services that are sold for INR 1000 or above (after deducting any discount or promo offers).
2. The Infinity Learn Pro+ Package and all products and services that are sold for INR 999 or below (after deducting any discount or promo offers) are non-refundable.
3. For users who have purchased the Infinity Learn Ultimate Package, Infinity Learn shall provide 100% refund of the amount paid (after deducting any discount or promo offers) if the refund request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of commencement of the first class after purchasing the package. No refund shall be provided after completion of the said 7-day period. The services provided under the Infinity Learn Ultimate Package shall be terminated immediately upon receipt of the refund request as set forth below.
4. For users who have purchased the Infinity Learn Pro Package, Infinity Learn shall provide 100% refund of the amount paid (after deducting any discount or promo offers) if the refund request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchasing the package. No refund shall be provided after completion of the said 7-day period. The services provided under the Infinity Learn Pro Package shall be terminated immediately upon receipt of the refund request as set forth below.
5. In order to be eligible for the refund, all requests for refund under the Infinity Learn Ultimate Package and Infinity Learn Pro Package have to be made by email to support@infinitylearn.com from the user’s registered email ID mentioning the registered mobile number in the refund request within the 7-day time period set forth above. Infinity Learn shall not entertain refund requests made after expiry of the said time period, or if the refund request is made using any other mode of communication.
6. Eligible refunds shall be provided in the same payment mode used to make the purchase, e.g., if the user has made the purchase using credit card, the refund will be initiated towards the credit card directly.
7. Eligible refunds shall be initiated within 10 working days of receiving the refund request as set forth above. Infinity Learn shall not be liable for any delay in crediting of the refund amount to the users’ source account. Users are advised to directly contact the bank, wallet or card provider etc. for any concern in this regard.
8. For any products or services purchased by the users using the EMI, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), loans, auto-payment, or any other payment offers, features, or options offered by a third party on the platform, user shall be solely liable for any applicable charges, penalty, or interest levied by such third party as agreed between the user and such third party, including without limitation, charges levied on refund requests, or cancellation of the products or services, in accordance with the relevant third party rules and regulations as applicable. Infinity Learn shall have no liability in this regard.
