    What is Adolescence?

    • The period in which several changes occur in a child’s body turning him or her into an

    adult is called Adolescence.

    • It is the Phase of Growth.
    • This period is remarkably marked by physical, mental, emotional, and psychological changes in the person.
    • It is the period or stage of development.

    What is Puberty?

    • The process of bodily changes which occurs in a child’s body, during adolescence, is called

    Puberty.

    • The age which ranges from around 13 to 19 years is the time for adolescence. This age range is called the Teenage in which many transformations happen in the child’s body.
    • The final stage of puberty is Adulthood.
    • During adulthood, the bodies of male and female individuals become capable of reproduction attaining reproductive maturity.
