Properties of a line
We know that a line is basically a thin straight mark made by a pencil or a marker.
Let us now look at the properties of the line.
- A line has no ends. The two arrows indicate that it extends indefinitely in both the directions.
- A line has infinite points on it.
- A line always lies on one plane.
- A line has no thickness. It is therefore one-dimensional.
