    What are Intersecting lines?

Two lines that meet each other are called intersecting lines.

    Properties of intersecting lines

    • Two intersecting lines always meet at a single point. For example, lines m and n intersect at point P.

    P

    n

    • No matter how they meet, a pair of intersecting lines form exactly one plane

Here are two pairs of intersecting lines. Lines a and b intersect to form plane X and lines c and d intersect to form place Y.
