What is Congruency?
Two shapes are said to be congruent when all of their measurements (length and angles) are identical.
Example 1: Are these figures congruent?

No, they are not congruent as the figures are of different shapes.
Example 2: Are these figures congruent?
Fig 2
No, they are not congruent as the figures are of different sizes.
