Solution:
A yojana was launched in the year to help the people lying below poverty line known as Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar
Yojana (SGSY).
In this programme the government used to provide a mixture of bank credits i.e. loans and subsidies to the people below poverty line in order to bringing them above the poverty line.
