    Solution:

The Napoleonic code was exported to the regions of French Control.
The Civil Code of 1804 was also termed the Napoleonic code. According to this code, all the privileges prevalent in society based on birth were abolished. Citizens were provided with equality before the law, which was not provided to them under the monarchy system that ruled the citizens of France till then. Property rights were also granted to citizens of France as per this code. Thus the administrative procedures were simplified in the Dutch Republic, Italy, Switzerland, and Germany.
