    Solution:

TISCO was founded by Jamsetji Tata.
To establish an iron and steel business in India, Dorabji Tata, the eldest son of Jamsetji Tata and Charles Weld, an American geologist, travelled to Chhattisgarh in 1904. Weld and Dorabji saw groups of Agaria tribesmen and women carrying crates full of iron ore. They had obtained it from Rajhara Hills, home to some of the most refined ores on earth. However, the search for a factory site had to go on because the area was dry and water was in short supply. However, the Agarias contributed to the identification of an iron ore deposit that would subsequently supply the Bhilai Steel Plant. An industrial settlement called Jamshedpur was created where water was close to iron ore reserves by cutting down trees along the river Subarnarekha to make room for the factory. In 1912, the newly established Tata Iron and Steel Company (TISCO) started manufacturing steel.
