    Solution:

Johann Gutenberg invented the printing press in 1430. The innovation took place in Strasbourg, Germany, where Johann Gutenberg created the first printing press that is known to exist in the 1430s. The son of a businessman, Gutenberg was raised on a sizable rural estate. He had grown up around wine and olive presses. Later, he mastered the craft of goldsmithing, learned how to polish stones, and also developed the skills necessary to make lead moulds for producing trinkets. Using this understanding as a foundation, Gutenberg modified current technologies to create his invention.
