    Given,
    [Equation]=2î - ĵ -mƙ and b = 4/7î -2/7ĵ +2ƙ
    [Equation]= λ[Equation] for some scalar λ
    4/7î -2/7 ĵ -2ƙ=  λ(2î - ĵ -mƙ)
    4/7î -2/7 ĵ -2ƙ=λ2î -λ ĵ -mλƙ
    4/7= 2λ,-2/7= -λ, 2λ= -mλ
    Now we will find the value of λ
    4/7= 2λ
    λ= 4/7*2
    λ=2/7
    Substituting the value of λ
    2=-m 2/7
    2*-7/2=m
    m= -7
