Given equations are,

Solving the equation (1), writing y in terms of x and making the table of the co-ordinates,

 x y 0 4 1 3
Solving the equation (2), writing y in terms of x and making the table of the co-ordinates,
$3x-2y=-3$

$⇒y=\frac{3x+3}{2}$
 x y -1 0 1 3
Plotting both equations on the graph,
Since both the equations intersect at A(1,3), the solution of linear equations are x = 1 and y = 3.
Hence, option (1) is correct.
