    It is given that the diameter of the wheel is 90cm.
    Radius of the circular wheel,
    r=diameter 2
    r= 90 2 r=45cm  
    perimeter of wheel=2πr =2 22 7 45 =282.857cm  
     It means the wheel travels 282.857cm in a revolution.
    Now, it makes 315 revolutions per minute.
    So, distance travelled by the wheel in one minute is 315 282.857 =89100  cm.
    So the speed is, s=89100  cm per minute
    Convert speed into kilometers per hour,
    1 cm per minute = 1100000km160 hour,
