Concept: Total distance travelled will be equal to distance travelled in one revolution that will its circumference multiplied by total revolution.
In 2 days , the short hand can  complete 4 rounds.
⸫Distance moved = 4(circumference of a circle of radius = 4 cm )
= 100.57
In 2 days, the long hand can complete 48 rounds.
⸫Distance moved  = 48 (circumference of a circle of radius = 6 cm )
= 1810.28
Hence,
Sum of distances moved by the tips of 2 hands of the clock.
= 100.57 + 1810.28
= 1910.85
Hence, the correct option is 1.
