    Concept- Boyle's law, which states that absolute pressure is inversely proportional to volume at constant temperature for a given amount of gas, must be verified.
    Applications:
    Barometer, oil reservoir, manual air pump, Bourdon pressure gauge, and air column with measuring scale.
    As indicated in the diagram above, connect the equipment. The oil reservoir must then be connected to the air column so that there is no leakage and the oil completely seals off the air. The oil reservoir is now connected to the hand air pump. Open the air tap and begin pushing air through the air pump when all the various pieces of equipment have been assembled.
