Solution:
Crypts of Lieberkuhn are tubular invaginations of the epithelium around the villi, lined largely with younger epithelial cells which are involved primarily in secretion. They are present in the intestine. It consists of two secreting cells - Paneth cells (found in duodenum) and argentaffin cells.
