Solution:
Type I diabetes is insulin dependent autoimmune disorder.
It is a condition in which the immune system destroys cells of pancreas. So there is less or no production of insulin which is required to maintain glucose homeostasis. The condition is usually diagnosed in children and young people and so is called juvenile diabetes.
