For example, when you say \/p\/ the air is blocked completely for a brief moment, whereas when you say \/t\/ the air is only blocked for a brief moment at the beginning of the sound.<\/p>\n<p>Vowels are speech sounds that are produced when the airstream is allowed to flow freely. There are 12 vowels in English, and they are all produced by allowing the airstream to flow freely. This type of anemia is called iron-deficiency anemia. It can be caused by blood loss, inadequate absorption of iron from food, or increased demand for iron.<\/p>\n<p>Symptoms of iron-deficiency anemia include fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, and pale skin. If left untreated, iron-deficiency anemia can lead to other health problems such as heart failure, stroke, or infection.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fractured_Sacrum\"><\/span>Fractured Sacrum<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A fractured sacrum is a break or fracture in the sacrum, the large triangular bone at the base of the spine. A fracture can occur from a fall, car accident, or other type of trauma. Symptoms may include pain, swelling, and difficulty walking. Treatment may include rest, ice, and medication.
