Participants were randomly assigned to use the app or a paper-based diary for 7 days. After a wash-out period, they were crossed over to the other condition.<\/p>\n<p>Setting:<\/p>\n<p>The study was conducted in a primary care setting.<\/p>\n<p>Participants:<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-six adults with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study.<\/p>\n<p>Intervention:<\/p>\n<p>The app monitored physical activity and sedentary time. It provided feedback on the amount of time spent in each activity category and generated graphs of activity over time.<\/p>\n<p>Main outcome measures:<\/p>\n<p>The feasibility of using the app to monitor physical activity and sedentary time was assessed. This included compliance with using the app, participant satisfaction, and feasibility of using the app in a primary care setting.<\/p>\n<p>Results:<\/p>\n<p>Overall, participants were highly compliant with using the app, with an average daily use of 95%. Participant satisfaction was high, with 96% of participants rating the app as good, very good, or excellent. The app was found to be feasible to use in a primary care setting, with participants reporting that it was easy to use and helpful in tracking their physical activity and sedentary time.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion:<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Theory\"><\/span>Theory:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The kinetic-molecular theory of gases is a model that explains the behavior of gases using the principles of classical mechanics. The project must be completed in C++.<\/p>\n<p>2. The project must use a linked list data structure.<\/p>\n<p>3. The project must use at least one function from the standard library.<\/p>\n<p>4. The project must have a user interface.<\/p>\n<p>5. The project must use at least one file from the stdio library.<\/p>\n<p>6.
