If corroded copper vessels are treated with lemon which is acidic in nature, the acid solution dissolves green coloured basic copper carbonate and makes them look shiny.<br \/>\n(ii) It is easier to obtain metals from their oxides (by reduction) than from sulphides. So before reduction, the metal sulphide ore is converted into metal oxide.<br \/>\n(iii) Copper metal is the next best conductor of electricity after silver metal. Thus, it is a type of exothermic decomposition reaction.<br \/>\n(iii) Heating of limestone. When limestone is heated strongly, it breaks into CO<sub>2<\/sub> and lime. State the pathway of air from nostrils to the lungs in human beings.<\/strong><br \/>\nAnswer: The animals which live in water (aquatic animals) use the oxygen dissolved in water to carry out respiration. Since the amount of dissolved oxygen in water is low as compared to the amount of oxygen in the air, therefore, the rate of breathing in aquatic animals is much faster than in terrestrial animals.
