All its mass makes a combined gravitational pull on all the mass in your body. That&#8217;s what gives you weight. And if you were on a planet with less mass than Earth, you would weigh less than you do here.<\/p>\n<p>Gravity is also what keeps the moon in orbit around Earth. And the gravity of the sun keeps all the planets in orbit around it.<\/p>\n<p>The force of gravity is always attractive. It pulls objects together. But it can also act over long distances. For example, the gravity of the sun pulls on Earth. And Earth&#8217;s gravity pulls on the sun.
