Conjunctions are like glue in our language; they help join words, phrases, or sentences smoothly. They&#8217;re also called &#8216;Linkers&#8217; or &#8216;Connectors.&#8217; There are three types: Coordinate, Subordinate, and Correlative Conjunctions. Sub-ordinating Conjunctions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>A sub-ordinating conjunction joins a clause to another on which it depends for its full meaning.<br \/>\nHere is the may go where she wanted to.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Before:<\/strong> It is used to show a position, a time that states an event finished earlier.<br \/>\ne.g.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Get ready to go before the jury.<\/li>\n<li>She had written a letter before me.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>So that:<\/strong> It is used to show a result or an outcome of any event.<br
