No significant changes have been made to the grading system. The grading system continues to be based on a 9-point scale, where students are graded on a scale of A1 to E, with A1 being the highest. However, the CBSE has focused more on competency-based assessment and continuous evaluation to ensure that grades reflect students' actual learning and skills.
The CBSE new curriculum refers to the updated syllabus and academic framework introduced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for students in classes 9 to 12. The curriculum is designed to ensure a holistic, skill-based, and competency-oriented approach to learning, focusing on practical knowledge alongside theoretical concepts.
