I am going to share a real incident. This incident happened with my best friend. When I heard this, I also felt bad for her. My best friend has taken up forensic science just because their parents forced her to do so. But, Sriya (my best friend) wanted to do a fashion design course. Her parents were completely against her decision. After so many arguments she agreed to join a forensic science course in Gujrat. She has not completed her master’s degree due to many back papers. Days later she could not find it anyway and she committed suicide. She had written a suicide note before she died. There it was written that “ right now I don’t see the reason for trying or for talking or for breathing. I am just done, papa.” I became very emotional after hearing this word. My point is there will be many like Sriya, who would have committed suicide because of pressure.

In my opinion, It is always better that parents and children should figure out together the career they would pursue.
