HF is a liquid but other hydrogen halides are gases at room temperature because strong attractive forces between H and F as compared to other halides.  HF is a diatomic molecule and due to high electronegativity of fluorine atom there occurs strong hydrogen bonding between hydrogen and fluorine atom.
