Detailed Solution

District Level courts are the courts that provide justice to consumers at the district level and deal with cases involving claims up to Rs. 20 lacs.
The District Level Court (India) was constituted as an autonomous, statutory, and constitutional authority under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. Depending on the number of cases and population distribution in each district, the District Courts of India are the neighbourhood district courts for each district or for a set of districts. It is an alternate conflict resolution method applied in the course of business between opposing parties. To enhance and defend the rights of consumers, India's District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was created.
