Detailed Solution

Qutbuddin Aibek built the Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque.
Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque is the oldest still-standing mosque in India and is located in Delhi's Qutb Minar complex. It is also known as the Might of Islam Mosque. Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Sultan of Delhi and the founder of the Slave or Mamluk Dynasty, started building it in 1193 and was completed four years later. The mosque was initially intended to be a standalone building. But Qutub Minar was eventually built next to the mosque.
