Detailed Solution

King Nagabhata I established the Gurjara Prathara kingdom in Rajasthan due to his military prowess.
The Gurjars contributed significantly to Northern India's history from 550 to 1018 AD. Nagabhata I, a Gurjara-Pratihara king, conquered Kannauj and took control of the majority of Rajasthan. A large portion of Northern India was governed by the Gurjara-Pratihara dynasty from the middle of the eighth to the eleventh century. He entered the Indo-Gangetic Plain in 816 AD and overthrew king Chakrayudha, who was protected by the Pala emperor Dharmapala, to take over Kannauj.
