Detailed Solution

Legislative, Executive and Judiciary are the different organs of government in a democratic country.
A democratic country has an elected government. The main organs of government of a democratic country include the Legislative, the Executive and the Judiciary. The Legislative is the law-making body which creates laws based upon which the country is governed. The Executive is the law implementing body. The administration part comes under the Executive. It enforces the laws made by the Legislative (law-making body). The Judiciary is the judicial body which makes judgements based upon these laws. Its primary function is to provide justice. The power between these three organs is divided or shared in a democratic federal set-up.
