People of Central Asia were given the rights in the seventh All-Russian Conference.In the Russian city of Petrograd, protesters yelling for bread took to the streets on March 8, 1917. (now known as St. Petersburg). 90,000 men and women were supporting the demonstrators, who battled with police but wouldn't leave the streets despite their support.
