Compressed natural gas is the full form of CNG.
It is a fuel gas produced from gasoline, mainly composed of methane (CH4), and is compressed to less than 1% of its volume at normal atmospheric pressure. It is usually cylindrical or spherical and is stored and distributed in a rigid container at a pressure of 20-25 MPa (2,900-3,600 psi).
