Detailed Solution

Mehrgarh is the most important route to Iran, located in a fertile plain, which is near the Bolan Pass.
One of the most significant Neolithic sites in archaeology is Mehrgarh. Today, it is regarded as an antecedent of the Indus Valley Civilization. Its discovery provided fresh insight into the evolution of agricultural practises and agrarian life among South Asian Stone Age populations. Archaeologists believed that four different types of wheat were grown in the village of Mehrgarh, where they also believed that barely any had been domesticated in the area. The four varieties of wheat that were grown were emmer, durum, einkorn, and durum. As one of the earliest settlements, Mehrgarh was the first area where people began raising sheep and goats, as well as growing wheat and barley.
