Detailed Solution

Aravali Hills lie at the western and northwestern margins of the Peninsular plateau.
The Bundelkhand Plateau in the east, the Vindhya Range in the south, and the Aravallis in the north. Two drainage systems join the Yamuna river, one heading towards the Arabian Sea (Narmada and Mahi) and the other toward the Bay of Bengal (Charnbal, Sind, Betwa, and Ken). These are distinctly eroded hills and are observed as damaged hills. They enlarge from Gujarat to Delhi in a southwest-northeast direction.
