Detailed Solution

Jammu and Kashmir is the only State that has their own Constitution in India.
Jammu and Kashmir is a separate Indian state that has their own official flag and Constitution. Indians from other states are not permitted to own land or property in Jammu and Kashmir. According to Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, only laws pertaining to defence, communication, and foreign policy may be extended to Jammu and Kashmir without prior approval from the state legislature of that region. Jammu and Kashmir is the only State in India to enjoy exceptional autonomy. Following that, the Supreme Court of India's jurisdiction over Jammu and Kashmir was increased. Article 370 of the Indian Constitution, which granted Jammu and Kashmir this unique position to have their own Constitution, was repealed on August 5, 2019.
