Detailed Solution

Impartial means the act of being fair and not favouring.
According to Article 21 of the Constitution, which protects the right to life, only a judicial process that is fair and reasonable can be used to take away someone's life or liberty. Article 21 of the Constitution is upheld through a fair trial. A fair trial is conducted in a public setting, with the accused present in full view of the public. The judge makes the decision based on the evidence; the judge maintains their objectivity, and if the accused is found innocent, the accused is freed. It wouldn't make much sense for all citizens to be treated equally before the law, regardless of their class, caste, gender, religion, or philosophy, if the Constitution did not guarantee every person a fair trial.
