Detailed Solution

Article 39(A) of the Indian Constitution deals with providing equal justice and free legal aid to the people.
The State must ensure that the functioning of the legal system advances justice based on an equal opportunity, and it must provide free legal aid through appropriate legislation or any other means to ensure that the common people's opportunities to secure justice are not denied due to economic or other impairments. Article 39(A) 's sole objective is to guarantee that Indian residents have access to state-guaranteed means of subsistence, equitable wealth distribution, equal remuneration for comparable work, and labour and child safety laws.
