1)      The land is unequally distributed in rural areas as big and medium farmers have more share of land than the small farmers. Some people are landless.
2)      Small farmers have to work in the fields of big farmers under strict conditions on low wages. They get cash or a kind of reward for the work.
3)      Moneylenders also provide loans at high-interest rates to small farmers or daily wagers. This also causes an enormous income gap because small farmers have to give high-interest rates on the loan amount and big farmers get more money in return.
