Ohm's law states that the potential difference across the ends of a given conductor is directly proportional to the current flowing through it at constant temperature.
The current flowing through a conducting material or a circuit is proportional to the potential difference across the circuit or conductor at a constant temperature. So it can be expressed as V I or V=I R, mathematically, whereV= voltage applied, I= current in the circuit, and R is the resistance of the conductor, which is constant. Ohm’s law shows the relation between voltage, current and resistance.
