Detailed Solution

Kanggo was the cry of the Saminists when the Dutch surveyors came.
On the arrival of the Dutch surveyors during the Samin movement, the locals would often cry out "kanggo" loudly, which translates to "I own it". They did not want them to take away the rights they had over their land. They also protested by lying down on their land when the Dutch came to survey it, while others resisted paying taxes, fines, or performing labour. It had roots in 1890 when Surontiko Samin founded the Samin movement. He argued that since the state did not create the wind, water, earth, and wood, the state could not possess them. A huge movement grew soon with the help of Samin's sons-in-law.
