Detailed Solution

Persian was the language of administration under The Delhi Sultans.
Under The Delhi Sultans, the official language was Persian. The ascent of Turkish kings to the throne, which also caused the Persian language to expand throughout India, is when the Delhi sultanate literature first appeared. It quickly established itself as the standard literary tongue. Sanskrit and other local languages were also spoken. At Mithila, a centre for learning Sanskrit was established, but Persian dominated the curriculum. Persian replaced Arabic as the official court language in the Delhi Sultanate after the Turkish conquest.
