Detailed Solution

Napoleonic code was the other name of the Civil code of 1804, which Napoleon implemented.
The Civil Code of 1804 was also known as the Napoleonic Code and was enacted in March 1804. It was the most influential Civil Code of the 19th century. Under this regulation, all male citizens are equal, hereditary nobility and class privilege are extinguished, and civil institutions are emancipated from control. In addition, personal freedom of contract and inviolability of private property are fundamental principles. Therefore, the first book of the code is concerned with personal law. The second book deals with the law of things and property rights regulation, and the third book deals with the method of acquiring rights.
