It is given that, 12 workers take 4 hours to complete the job.
Calculate the time taken by 1 man to complete the job is,
  4×12=48 hours.
We know that, 1 hour = 60 minutes.
So, 48×60=2880 minutes.
To find the number of days taken by 15 workers.
Calculate the number of time taken by 15 men to complete the job.
= 2880 15 minutes
=192 minutes
Since 1 hour =60 minutes,
Convert 192 minutes into hour by dividing it by 60 ,
192 60 =3 hours and 12 minutes.
