It is given that 4 chairs and 5 tables are purchased by Ram for ₹ 3400. Later, for a total of ₹2500, he purchased 4 additional similar tables and chairs
Let’s assume the cost of a chair is x   and the cost of a table is y.   According to the question, we have,
4x+5y=3400 ⇒y= 3400−4x 5  
Therefore we can draw a table as,
