\Rightarrow 4 x + 3 y = Rs . 2250

Multiplying (1) by

\Rightarrow 16 x + 12 y - 9 x - 12 y = Rs . 9000 - Rs . 5850

Substituting

\Rightarrow Rs . 450 \times 4 + 3 y = Rs . 2250
