5s – rRNA get synthesized by 

5s – rRNA gets synthesized by RNA polymerase III. The RNA polymerase I transcribes rRNAs. RNA polymerase III is responsible for transcription of tRNA, 5srRNA, and snRNAs. The RNA polymerase II transcribes the precursor of mRNA, the heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). Primase synthesise short RNA sequences called primers which are required for the initiation of DNA synthesis.
