Electronegativity order : B > Tl > In > Ga > Al

Electropositivity order : B < Tl < In < Ga < Al

Electropositivity order ∝ Metallic nature

E.N\alpha S.R.P\
E.P\,\alpha \frac{1}{{SRP}}

Reduction potential : Reduction potential is a measure of tendency to gain of electrons.

More the positive reduction potential means more easy of gaining of electrons and  more the electronegativity of that element [non metal].

But "Al" is metal and hence it has high oxidation potential value and has low reduction potential value, means it has highest  negative value.
