Given $A=\{1,3\}, B=\{1,2,3,6\}, C=\{1,2\}$

If all the elements of a set $A$ are also elements of the set $B$ then the set $A$ is called sub set of the set $B$ and is represented as $A\subseteq B$

Hence, from the above sets $\boxed{A\subseteq B}$
