In vertical direction :

T1sinθ=mg+T2sinθ

Horizontal direction : mar=T1cosθ+T2cosθ

  mrω2=(T1+T2)cosθ where r=OA=3m

  4×3ω2=(200+160)×35 ω=4.18   N

Using 2πf=ω

   2πf=4.18     f=0.67  rps     f=0.67  ×60=39.6  rpm
