Detailed Solution

Given,

Investment of A= ₹ 50000

Investment of B=  ₹ 45000

Total profit = ₹ 13400

After 9 months B withdrew his investment while A invest for the complete 12 moths. So, ratio of A's profit to B's profit,

=50000×1245000×9 =4027

As profit : Bs profit =40:27

Profit share's B,

B=27(27+40)×13400B=2767×13400B=36180067B=5400

Thus, the correct option is A.
