To find the percentage of populatation who read at least one paper of A, B,C, we have to find the vlaue of PABC

The addition theorem on probability states that PABC=PA+PB+PC  -PAB-PBC-PAC+PABC

Substitute the appropriate values in the above formula

we get 

PABC=0.2+0.16+0.14-0.08-0.05-0.04+0.02 =0.52-0.17 =0.35

Therefore, the percentage of population who read at least one paper  is 35%
