According to the question,
Probability of drawing a blue ball from the bag = 3 Γ— Probability of drawing a red ball Putting the values of probability, we get
   x5+x    = 3 Γ—  55+x

x5+x  = 155+x
As the denominator in both sides of the equation has the same denominator, i.e., 5 + π‘₯, the denominators will be cancelled. Then the equation becomes
π‘₯ = 15
Hence, the number of blue balls is 15.
